Mr., Mrs., and Me
Mr., Mrs., and Me is a projection installation. Social-media-sourced portraits were compiled to create an “average” portrait. By combining 30+ facial features into a new portrait, an ambiguous male identity and female identity were created, with a third face representing the average portrait of the artist.
These portraits were then projected on to nine imperfectly plastered heads, with the faces flickering from plaster head to plaster head.
